Ina Pinkney, one of Chicago's most beloved foodies, restaurateurs, and author of the Chicago Tribune column Breakfast With Ina visited Arbor and chronicled her delicious experience at Green Exchange's creative eatery.
The Breakfast Queen Visits Arbor
“Local Produce at Arbor”
Ina enjoyed Arbor’s use of local produce, much of which is grown on-site at the Green Exchange urban farm. Her Arbor picks: Latte, the Morning Crush, the Baller Crepes (pictured above), the Baked Grits & Eggs, and a side of Roasted Potatoes.
I met one of the owners, Chad Little, who, along with his wife, Polina, and Leonard and Amy Hollander, use their talents and resources — including produce from Arbor’s garden — to create a thoughtful and delicious oasis. -Ina Pinkney
