Over 100 of Chicago’s top restaurants provide tasting portions of local, sustainable, heirloom produce and heritage meats sourced from Green City Market farmers. Multiple Midwest brewers, distilleries, and wineries offer tastings of their handcrafted beverages with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Our VIP attendees receive early admission privileges along with special access to additional restaurant offerings, private bar areas, wait staff, premium restrooms, multiple lounge areas and communal seating. Exclusive private tables options are available.

Green City Market is Chicago’s first sustainable, year-round farmer’s market. GCM is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization which aims to create a sustainable food system in Chicago through markets, outreach, and educational programming. All funds raised by the Chef BBQ go directly to support GCM’s education and outreach initiatives including LINK/EBT double value matching, Club Sprouts, The Edible Gardens, Chef Demonstration, and Composting programs.
